As a customer, your initial login was made up of a username and a password.  If your name was George Whittaker, both are initially set up like this: wgeorge as the username and wgeorge as the password.  They are comprised of the first letter of your last name followed by your first name.

You were sent an email that contained your login name and temporary password when you booked your trip. If you followed the link in that email, you would have logged in and changed your password to one that only YOU know. If you don't have your login information, we can reset your login details for you. Your login name cannot be changed; however, your password can be.
