A question often asked is where can I park my car when we meet to pick up the RV?

Here of course!

Yes, you can leave your vehicle here at our house by leasing a small storage space from us for only ten bucks a day.

There are several considerations for offering storage space on our property:

• You would only be leasing a storage space per day on my property.
• The vehicle would have to be a well-maintained and good-looking vehicle and not a Junker.
• We will take pictures of the vehicle on RV pickup day for our files. Pictures of the exterior,  showing front/back/both sides and top. In addition, we take pictures again on the return day.
• The vehicle keys/key fob must be left with us in case of an alarm or emergency move.
• The agreement would include language that holds us harmless from any and all claims for any damages or loss resulting in the use of that storage area for your vehicle.
• There would be no expressed or implied warranties for fitness or purpose of any kind in the leasing of the space.
• A payment of $10 per night would be made in cash on the RV pickup day.
• Availability of space, at any given time, the fitness/looks/condition of the vehicle, is totally at our discretion.
• We have a new legal agreement that you can download, print, sign, and bring with you on the RV pickup day.
