We Will Rent YOUR RV To Others – for you!
Ever thought of NOT having your RV sit in between all those weeks and months that you use it? Have you ever wondered if you could actually make some extra money from your RV not sitting doing nothing? Ever thought about renting it out? Have you ever wondered if it would be easy to rent it out? I can tell you it’s not but definitely doable! You have to consider the insurance on your RV, renters’ integrity, maintenance on the RV, background checks on the drivers, and so much more, not to mention keeping track of the calendar of availability.
These statements may seem counterintuitive to my discussion but hear me out.
Consigning your RV eliminates all the work in marketing, renting, drivers’ full background checks, preparing, cleaning the exterior, sanitizing the interior, and providing insurance on your RV while it’s rented out. You just make some decisions up front, and we post the listing detail. You sit back and collect a check each month that your RV has been rented, even if it’s only rented for two days, which is the minimum we recommend allowing. This allows the weekend warriors to have three days with a two-night rental. We take care of all the details, so you don’t have to! Now that’s how we make it simple for you!

What do we do for you:
- When we rent your RV, before and in between each rental booking, we pay to have it cleaned, sanitized, and ready to go for each renter.
- How much can you make? Many are making enough to more than pay their monthly payments, insurance, and storage fees. The rental amount is decided by us, based on the current market, the RV age, condition, size, and rentability. However, since you receive a percentage of that amount, we want it to be as high as we can get for both of us!
- We will occasionally run specials and give discounts here and there and on some popular holidays, adjusting the rental amounts.
- Trust us, with our experience, to get the most out of your rental for you!
Some things we like to do with our own RV rental:
- We also like to offer add-on packages so that renters can choose to upgrade their rental fees based on the things we supply. These “things” are what most renters need and want to have a fun and exciting and worry-free trip. Providing these things will be some of the decisions you need to make as to what you want to include with your RV for each rental.
- As an example, we have a technology package for some of our rentals that include a T-Mobile 5G Hotspot that provides excellent Internet access using the latest 5G network with a fallback to 4G when necessary. It connects its strong 5G signal to up to fifteen devices simultaneously using Wi-Fi. We provide this Hot Spot and charge a nightly fee for its use.
- We also have a Linen package, a Worry-Free Travel package, a Hassle-Free Returns package, a Towing package, an Outdoor Fun package, and more.
- Another very popular package is the All-Inclusive package. This one includes ALL some of the other packages we offer except the Hassle Free Returns and Towing packages.
- We will guide you through with our recommendations but it’s entirely up to you how much and what you want to provide the renters at each rental booking. All of these add-ons contribute to the rental amount that you earn.
- The more you choose to provide, the more you can earn. Do you want to provide bedding and linens, your choice? Do you want to allow unlimited mileage or unlimited generator use, your choice? Everything is under your control. You set the parameters and we administer them. There are items that you include that keep you more involved than others, but there are some that are completely hands-off.
- For example, we provide a list of kids’ games that the renter can choose from as part of the Outdoor package. It costs a few dollars to get the games initially, then you never have to be involved again.
- On the other hand, if you provide bedding & linens, then you have to be available to clean and sanitize them after each rental. We do this with our own bedding & linens that we provide, but it’s one thing we can’t do with yours.

What would be the agreement between us?
- The consignment agreement will be in writing and customized based on your choices. The percentage you will receive is based on a number of factors like your RV’s age, size, condition, rentability, the options you choose to provide, etc. After we get together to determine what you want to provide and I learn all about your RV, I will make a proposal to you outlining these details, including a specific percentage you would receive. You can choose to accept it or not. There are no costs involved here at all. Costs in the future, should you decide to offer items with the rentals that you don’t already have would be on you.
- You can decide to do as much or as little of the work involved as you choose. As an example, currently, we charge the renters a $110 fee for cleaning and sanitizing the RV in between each rental. Our cost for this to our outside cleaning service is about $50 each time. If you choose to do this step yourself, as part of our agreement, then this $50 would go directly to you after each rental. In this case, it would not be a commission item. If we have it done for you, we deduct the $50 and you would earn your percentage commission on the $60 remaining. Things with costs associated with them all work this way. Items you buy or supply that are part of a package will be fully commissionable on each rental.
- The only other stipulation is that if after or before any rental use, you use the RV yourself, then it must be cleaned, sanitized, and ready to go at least one day prior to the next rental start date, that cost will be up to you. Also, before the listing goes live on the Internet the first time, and before pictures are taken by me of the inside and outside for the listing, your RV must be cleaned, inside and out, in showroom condition by you.
