Questions WITH answers

How and when do I get paid for a rental?

Five days after your RV is picked up for each rental, your total for the booking is sent to your PayPal account.

Is my RV safe with a renter?

The company that provides the insurance on your RV during the rental days does a thorough background check and driver’s license check prior to allowing the rental to be fully booked.

When it’s not rented, can I use my RV whenever I want?

Absolutely! Just schedule it with us so we can block off the available dates on our master calendar.

What if the renter does damage to my RV?

The renter buys mandatory insurance which provides full coverage for any RV damage with zero deductible to the RV owner.

On the pickup day as well as the return day, it is mandatory that at least ten pictures be taken of the outside and inside of the RV to prove any change during the rental period.  The renter and us will sign a document at the pickup and a document at the return noting any issues. These will be signed by both.

Renters pay a deposit with their booking. Immediately after the rental, any damage claims with estimated $ are submitted to the rental agency. If the amount is less than the renter’s deposit, the amount is taken from it prior to the deposit amount being returned to the renter.

Who cleans the RV before and after each rental?

Depending on the Plan you choose, your involvement can be anywhere from some involvement to none, where we do it all for you. See Our Current Plans.

What about repairs on my RV when something breaks?

All repairs are done by you.

Who refills the gasoline, diesel, or the propane after each rental?

We refill the propane tanks and if your RV is motorized, we refill the gasoline or diesel.  The renter pays for these as a service after the rental from their deposit.

If I offer “add-on” packages, how do I get paid for those?

Add-on packages can be charged in two ways.  They can be a flat fee, or you can charge by the rental nights.  For example, if you have a Linen Package, you may charge $20 for the trip.  Or, if you have an outdoor grill you want to rent, you could charge say, $3 per night. It’s up to you and you change these at any time – although we recommend only changing on the first day of a new month.
