RV Consignment Plans

Prices quoted here are subject to change at any moment.

For all plans, the following apply:

You will earn a percentage of the rental and add-on fees, excluding insurance, taxes, and items that we provide to the renter.
For items, we provide to the renter you will earn the same percentage on the total amount of the item minus that item’s cost to us.
Turn over (figuratively) your RV to us in showroom-clean condition and sanitized.
The tires are in great shape and properly inflated.
Certify that there are no water leaks.
Notify us of every change in your RV’s availability as soon as possible
All holding tanks are 100% empty
Fresh Water Tank empty
Propane Tanks full
Gasoline tank full (if it’s drivable)
Batteries fully charged
Fridge Turned On & WOrking (Electric Or Propane)
Provide us with 3 complete sets of keys (Two sets will go to renters and we will keep one on hand as a backup)
A written proposal will be given to you with actual amounts that will depend on the age & condition of your RV. The amounts below are the ideal situation with a perfect RV.

Plan A: “You’re Involved”

You will earn 60%.
You keep your RV on your property or a property space that you choose but are available to use 24×7.
We will communicate with renters and arrange all delivery or pickup times.
YOU will arrange and pay for cleaning, and sanitizing before each booked rental.
YOU will arrange to conduct a pre-delivery inspection, take all pictures, have the renter sign all appropriate paperwork, and inventory all items being provided.
YOU will train renters on the use of all RV systems and appliances.
YOU will hand off your RV and accept the return of your RV from the renters with no involvement from US at all.
YOU will conduct the post-return inspection, take all pictures, and inventory all items that are returned.
You will notify US of any discrepancies immediately upon discovery.
We will file any necessary claims for insurance or non-insurance-related issues, damage, or missing items.
We will ensure that the renter’s deposit is charged for any missing or damaged items and activate an insurance claim as needed.
YOU will refill any gasoline, and propane and empty all holding tanks.

Plan B: “Shared Activities”:

You will earn 50%.
You keep your RV on your property or a property space that you choose but is available to US 24×7.
We will communicate with renters and arrange all delivery or pickup times.
YOU will arrange and pay for cleaning, and sanitizing before each booked rental.
We will arrange to conduct the pre-delivery inspection, take all pictures, have the renter sign all appropriate paperwork, and inventory all items being provided.
YOU will train renters on the use of all RV systems and appliances.
We will hand off your RV and accept the return of your RV from the renters.
We will conduct the post-return inspection, take all pictures, and inventory all items that are returned.

You will refill any gasoline, and propane and empty all holding tanks

Plan C: “All-Done-For-You”:

You will earn 40%.
You keep your RV on your property or a property space that you choose but is available to US 24×7.
We will communicate with renters and arrange all delivery or pickup times.
We will arrange and pay for cleaning, and sanitizing before each booked rental.
We will arrange to conduct a pre-delivery inspection, take all pictures, have the renter sign all appropriate paperwork, and inventory all items being provided.
We will train renters on the use of all RV systems and appliances.
We will hand off your RV and accept the return of your RV from the renters with no involvement from you at all.
We will conduct the post-return inspection, take all pictures, and inventory all items that are returned.

Plan D: “All-Done-For-You” PLUS Storage

You will earn 45%.
You keep your RV on OUR property.
Up to 30 Ft.
Additional lengths can be accommodated at additional costs.
Included are all of the other items in the All-Done-For-You plan.
Your RV must be fully insured, currently registered, and in good repair. The RV will be stored on OUR property based on space availability.
Our secure lock will be placed on your RV between rentals. No one, except you with us, can access it. This is not a secure facility.
Your RV storage fees will be paid, in advance, quarterly, through PayPal.
Your monthly storage fee, for up to 30ft long, is $145, plus electric – if needed -at $.15 per Kilo-Watt-Hour – monitored.
Your storage fees will be reduced by 1/30th ($4.84 per day) for each day your RV is rented each quarter. Your reduction will be applied to the following quarter. Any accumulated discount will be lost if, for any reason, there is no following quarter.
