Inside – walkthrough

From the top of the entry steps, you will be facing the 3-burner propane stove with oven below and microwave above with a new custom stove cover that adds extra counter space as well as the kitchen sink, a window and cabinets above. Turning to the right, the new custom over-size table replaced the old drop-down table which served as a platform for a very small bed.

We removed the front bench to make room for the larger table and supplied two kitchen chairs for that side. The new table can easily accommodate 6 to share a meal. The table also has a custom utensil drawer built-in the bottom. The table is stationary; however, the chairs are easily moved.

Above the table is a large window that slides open with a screen included.  Also, there is a set of cabinets above for food, or other supplies.  Further to the right you’ll see the ladder to the cab-over bunk. To use, move to the center and lock it in.  This bed more than a bunk; it’s an over-sized queen, just short of a king size. The 32-inch LED Flat-screen TV is powered by the coach house batteries and mounted in the cab-over area on a swivel mount.  Just loosen the two knobs to the right of the TV to allow the swivel arm to turn to view the TV from the entre coach living area.

There are 4 USB connections to the right of the TV, on the side of the cabinet, for your devices. These connections use the coach house batteries for power.

We’ve extended the new floor to cover the area between the cab seats for easy access to the rest of the coach.

On the dash is the DVD player, AM-FM stereo which has 5 additional connected speakers in the coach.  They are controlled by a selector switch on the right side of the cabinets above the table.  You can select Front speakers only, Rear, or both to play your favorite sound throughout.

The dash also features a new Tire Pressure Monitoring system to help keep your traveling safe by monitoring and alerting you to every tire’s pressure and temperature in one-minute intervals. In the same area are 4 new switch-controlled USB connections for use while driving. These devices use the vehicle battery for power. They should be turned off when the vehicle is not running.

The driver’s seat has a push button located on the outer side of the seat that allows for a temporary connection of the house battery to the vehicle battery.  This is for emergencies if you find your vehicle battery dead, you can start by using a boost from the house battery by pressing this switch while starting the engine.

Behind the driver seat you see the fold down couch with a large window and cabinets above for more storage. Additional storage drawers are below the couch.  Across from the sink the Refrigerator/Freezer unit has two LED Thermometers that show you the exact temperature inside the fridge and the freezer. The doors to the fridge are automatically locking doors to prevent them from opening during travel. To open the door, using your thumb, press the pushbutton, and pull on the handle to open. This takes getting used to by some.

Above the fridge is a cabinet and the main coach control panel.  For details on the control panel and its use, click here.

Under the fridge is the forced air furnace inlet filter.  This area needs to be free of debris and obstruction when the forced air heater is in use.

As you step up into the bunk area, you will see just one bunk and two windows. Yes, it came with two bunks. We decided we needed a space for a small table and two chairs, so we removed the bottom bunk.  You can use this area for storage, put your own small table and chairs there or whatever.

Next to the door opposite the bunk is the thermostat which controls the whole coach fan, the ducted air conditioning, and the propane furnace for heating. Also in the same area, you will see the bunk/bedroom slide out control.  This is where you deploy and retract this slide out. Click here for detailed instructions on using the slide outs.

The door next to the slide out control is the bathroom.  Witha real porcelain, foot-flush, toilet and a quiet-close lid, you’ll be right at home in the roomy bathroom.  The shower is part of the tub and is large with skylight in the ceiling. The sink area had a medicine cabinet above with other storage cabinet next to it as well as underneath the sink.

In the owner’s suite you’ll find a full queen bed with cabinets above and on each side.  120v outlets on both sides of the bed.  Switched USB outlets on both sides of the bed. With the linen package, you also have a two-remotes for the heated mattress pad for even greater comfort on those chilly nights.

At the foot of the walk-around queen bed is a set of cabinets and closets that provide serious storage for all your clothes. The center drawer has been retrofitted with 2-200lb drawer glides and has a lid inside that allows for a seat for changing your socks, without messing up the bed! The lid is attached with gas shocks so that when you lift is up, it stays up so you can use that drawer for a hamper (or whatever). Two very large windows give plenty of light but with the shades and blinds, you can shut out as much light as you want.
